Jackie Armour
Founder, Principal
Jackie founded JMA Interior Design over 25 years ago. In that time, she has designed award-winning luxury residential, commercial, and yacht interiors. Her fearless use of color and pattern have earned her a reputation as one of South Florida’s top designers. She has won numerous awards for her work and is regularly featured in Florida Design, Luxe Interiors & Design, Design + Décor, Southern Home, and Jupiter magazine. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science and Interior Design degrees. A professional member of ASID and IFDA, Jackie leads an enthusiastic, creative, and experienced design team. She is a Florida native who loves boating and spending time with her family.
Janine Korody
Controller
Having always had a passion for design, Janine was thrilled to join the JMA team in 2018 where she serves as Controller. Janine received a master’s degree in the Science of Education and ran the business side of a non-profit elementary school for 13 years. After leaving education, she revamped various businesses in the private sector, helping to streamline processes and maximize their impact. Janine has called Palm Beach County her home for the last 20 years. She resides in Jupiter with her husband, son, and dog.
Michelle Dang
Senior Designer
Michelle is an award-winning designer with a decade of experience in luxury residential, commercial, multi-family, and hospitality projects. She joined the JMA team in 2020. Her designs have been featured in Hospitality Design and Architectural Digest. Michelle graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, with a Bachelor of Science. Beyond design, Michelle loves paddle boarding, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband, two daughters, and friends!
Taylor Ehrlund
Senior Designer
Taylor joined the JMA team in 2014, shortly after graduating with honors from Seminole State College with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Interior Design. As the JMA team’s longest-tenured employee, Taylor has designed many key residential and commercial projects in the past 9 years. Her favorite part of the design process is how different, challenging, and creative every day is! Taylor also loves to stay updated on the latest design trends and styles. She is a Florida native and loves boating, being outdoors, and spending time with family.
Danielle Michaels
Designer, Procurement
Danielle has over 8 years of experience in residential and commercial interior design. She joined the JMA team in 2020 as a designer and head of procurement. Danielle loves making furniture, fabric, and accessories selections for clients – she’s the JMA team’s accessories guru! Danielle received a degree in Communications & Marketing and an associate degree in interior design. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, going to the beach, and hanging out with friends and family.
Olivia Fries
Junior Designer
Olivia joined the JMA team in 2020 as a junior designer. She graduated with an interior design degree from Alfred State College in 2017. Before joining JMA, Olivia worked at a Carrere General Contractors. Her favorite parts of the design process are meeting new people and overseeing clients’ visions come to life! She also loves to stay updated on design trends and styles. Olivia is originally from Long Island, New York. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, boating, and trying new restaurants with her friends and family.
Eden Odom
Design Assistant
Eden joined the JMA team in 2022. Originally from Alabama, she has a love for traditional design, but the diversity in South Florida inspires her to embrace new design horizons. Eden is a recent graduate from Palm Beach State College with an Associate of Science degree in Interior Design Technology as well as an Entrepreneurship degree at Nova Southeastern University. Beyond her professional pursuits, Eden loves to travel, be outdoors, and try new restaurants with her friends and family.
Julia Collins
Executive Assistant
Julia joined the JMA team in March 2021 as a Design Librarian and quickly took on more responsibilities as Executive Assistant, managing office operations, vendor relationships, and supporting client projects. She is originally from Aruba and enjoys spending her free time working on house projects and brewery hopping with her husband and dog. Julia loves being involved in the entire design process. Seeing concepts, fabrics, and furniture in a presentation translated into beautiful spaces is her favorite part!
Kristyn Armour
Client Services
As Jackie’s daughter, Kristyn has been exposed to design her entire life, and worked as the JMA summer intern in high school. After graduating Cum Laude from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, Kristyn worked for 10 years in financial services. She re-joined the JMA team in 2022 and is thrilled to be back in design, where she manages design projects, social media, and client relationships. She is currently earning an Interior Architecture degree at UCLA. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband and pets.
MOMO
Chief Barketing Officer
Momo is the youngest member of the JMA team at just one year old. In his tenure at the office, he’s become an essential emotional support coworker famous for his snuggles and happy-go-lucky attitude. He mostly hangs around the office looking cute and patiently awaiting a treat from the UPS delivery truck, but occasionally offers a helping hand with fabric selections. His style is a mix between soft and cuddly. Momo lives in Los Angeles with his mom, dad, and cat brother.
